Ingredients
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
- 2 tsp. finely chopped ginger root
- 2 tsp. finely chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 lb. clams
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
Method
- Put cooking oil in pan and heat.
- When the oil is hot, put garlic, ginger root and green onion in and stir for 10 seconds. Add clams and keep stirring for 5 minutes or until done.
- Add soy sauce and sugar and stir 10 seconds.
- Serve while hot.
- Great with spaghetti.
