Ingredients
- cabbage 1 med. to lg., cut up
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce purchased
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 3 tablespoons bacon fat or peanut oil
Method
- Heat oil in frying pan or wok.
- Place cut up cabbage in pan.
- Stir-fry until nearly done, depending on consistency desired.
- Add ginger and oyster sauce, mix well.
- Serve.
