Ingredients
- 200 grams Peeled prawns
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 5 Green onions or scallions
- 3 cm length Tubed ginger
- 3 cm length Tubed garlic
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Coarsely ground pepper
Method
- Devein the peeled prawns and rinse in salt water (not listed).
- Drain and sprinkle with salt and pepper (not listed).
- Rise the bean sprouts and drain well.
- Cut the green onions into 3cm lengths.
- In a pan with oil (not listed), add ginger and garlic and heat.
- Fry over low heat until fragrant.
- Turn up the heat to medium and add the prawns.
- After the colour of prawns slightly changes, add sake.
- Add bean sprouts and green onions and season with salt.
- Continue frying.
- After everything is cooked, season with salt and coarsely ground pepper.
- Transfer onto a serving dish and serve!
- Avoid overcooking the sprouts to keep the crunch.
