Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, big/medium, cut into bite size
  • 3 potatoes, small/medium, cut into 8 pcs each
  • 400 grams roasted meat, chopped into bite size
  • 3 tbsp light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 white pepper powder
  • 1 ground black pepper
  • 1 parsley flakes or chopped parsley
  • 100 ml starch water, 5ml starch mixed evenly in 100ml water
  • 500 ml water

Method

  • Boil carrots and potatoes in 500ml water using low heat till softened and well cooked.
  • Add roasted meat, light soya sauce, salt, white pepper powder, ground black pepper, parsley flakes.
  • Boil for 10 minutes using medium heat.
  • Turn to low heat, add starch water, simmer for 10 minutes.
