Ingredients
- 12 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 dash sherry wine
- 34 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 scallions, sliced thinly
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
Method
- Mix all ingedients.
- Pour over steaks and marinate for 1 - 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Grill or broil steaks.
