Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless round steak
- 1 tsp. lemon-pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. oil
Method
- Pound steak to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Sprinkle with lemon-pepper and salt.
- Cut into 4 x 1/2-inch strips.
- Dip steak in buttermilk.
- Dredge in flour.
- Brown steak on both sides in hot oil in a large skillet.
- Drain well.
- Yields 4 servings.
