Ingredients

  • 3 pounds skirt steaks 1 inch thick each
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 6 pita flat breads
  • 2 handfuls arugula
  • steak seasoning

Method

  • Grill the steak to your preference, for medium well, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove steak from grill and let sit undisturbed for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice against the grain in thin strips.
  • Peel boiled eggs and chop. Place them in a bowl and toss with mayo, mustard and worcestershire sauce.
  • Place steak, eggs and arugula on a pita bread.
