- 1 tsp. red chile pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. ginger, minced
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
- 1-1/4 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb. baby spinach
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 c. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar, or to taste
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 2 limes, quartered, for garnish
Method
- Prepare the grill.
- In a small bowl, combine the red pepper flakes, garlic, ginger, oil, salt and pepper; mix together well. Coat the shrimp generously with the rub and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
