Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh squid
- 1/2 head garlic, minced
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. squid broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 tomatoes, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Accent
Method
- Boil squid in garlic, vinegar, water and salt. When tender, take out squid and remove membrane, eyes and stomach.
- Set 1/2 cup broth aside.
- Cut squid into 1-inch pieces. Set aside.
