Ingredients
- 6 c. fresh spinach leaves, rinsed and drained
- 19 oz. can canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 c. toasted Italian bread cubes
- 1/2 c. Wish-Bone Healthy Sensation Chunky Blue
- 6 oz. mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled (optional)
Method
- In large salad bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing. Drizzle with Blue cheese dressing; toss gently.
