Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. cooked squash
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
- 2 oz. flaked coconut, if desired
Method
- Blend well; pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 375° until brown.
- Makes 2 pies.
