Ingredients
- 6 small squash
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can pineapple
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 egg whites
Method
- Boil squash until tender.
- Cream margarine; add to squash. Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy; add to squash and beat again.
- Add vanilla, pineapple and flour and blend well.
- Bake at 375° until brown.
- Beat egg whites, put on top of squash mixture and brown in oven.
