Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked squash, drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 Tbsp. butternut flavoring or of your choice
Method
- Put all ingredients in blender and mix well. Pour into 2 regular pie shells. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
