Ingredients
- 4 1/2 lb. sliced squash
- 2 green onions
- 5 medium onions
- 1/2 c. salt
- 5 c. vinegar
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Method
- Mix the last 5 ingredients and heat to boiling.
- Pack vegetables and salt in sterilized jars.
- Cover with vinegar solution.
- Place in water bath for 10 minutes.
