Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked squash
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Velveeta, cut into cubes
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 small can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done.
