Ingredients
- 6 c. squash, cooked
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 pkg. herbed bread crumbs
Method
- Cook squash.
- Blend onion, soup, sour cream and carrots with squash.
- Melt butter and pour over bread crumbs.
- Put half of bread crumbs in bottom of greased baking dish.
- Add squash mixture.
- Top with remaining bread crumbs.
- Bake for 30 or 35 minutes at 350°.
