Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. cut up celery
- 2 cans chicken rice soup
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
Method
- Brown ground beef.
- Add soup and water, diced celery and green pepper.
- Heat to boiling.
- Pour into Pam sprayed casserole dish. Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.
- Serve with bran muffins and salad or muffins of your choice.
- Do not add salt.
