Ingredients
- 2 lb. squash
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Cut squash and onion; boil until tender and drain; cool.
- Melt margarine in dish and brown lightly under broiler.
- Reserve 1 cup dressing.
- Mix all ingredients together and place in buttered dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cup dressing on top.
- Bake at 350° until it bubbles around the edge.
