Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and broken into small pieces
  • 1 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • Parmesan cheese for top

Method

  • Squeeze out all the juice from the artichoke pieces and mix with remaining ingredients.
  • Spoon into a lightly greased 3-cup shallow baking dish (one that the spread can be served in). Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  • Serve hot with Triscuits, Melba toast or other round crackers.
