Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and broken into small pieces
- 1 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- Parmesan cheese for top
Method
- Squeeze out all the juice from the artichoke pieces and mix with remaining ingredients.
- Spoon into a lightly greased 3-cup shallow baking dish (one that the spread can be served in). Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Serve hot with Triscuits, Melba toast or other round crackers.
