Ingredients
- 3 or 4 c. cooked squash
- 1/3 onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- pinch of salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook squash, celery and onion until tender on top of stove.
- Add soup and cook in oven.
- Top with cracker crumbs.
- Baking time is 30 minutes.
