- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 large onion
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 c. tomato catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- pinch of salt
Method
- Hand chop the first 5 ingredients. Mix the remaining ingredients together and bring to a boil. Pour over the cabbage. Seal and keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
