Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
- 2 to 3 c. cooked squash, drained
- 1 medium onion
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Method
- Cook squash and onion until tender.
- Mash and drain.
- Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Mix in 2/3 of dressing mix. Mix squash, soup and sour cream; pour over dressing mix.
- Sprinkle rest of dressing mix over top.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
