Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/4 oz.) can crabmeat
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped olives
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 4 slices toast
- 4 slices cheese
Method
- Combine crabmeat, green pepper, onion, olives and salt.
- Mix together, mayonnaise, lemon juice and horseradish until well blended; add to crabmeat mixture.
- Place on toast slices.
- Top with cheese.
- Broil until cheese melts.
