Ingredients
- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 tsp. stick oleo
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Cook and drain onion and squash.
- Mix sugar, melted oleo and milk.
- Stir these in the squash and onion.
- Stir in egg.
- Bake at 325° until lightly browned.
