Ingredients
- 2 lb. summer squash, sliced and cooked
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Method
- Mix squash, onion, margarine, soup, sour cream, salt,
- pepper and 2/3 cup of stuffing mix.
- Pour in casserole dish and bake at 350° until set.
- Spread remaining stuffing mix on top of casserole and dot with margarine.
- Cook until brown on top.
