Ingredients
- 2 c. yellow squash, cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium grated carrot
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bag Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
Method
- Butter a casserole dish.
- Mash squash and mix all ingredients together, except bread crumbs.
- Put layer of crumbs in bottom of dish.
- Spoon mixture on bread crumbs and the rest of bread crumbs to top.
- Dot with butter and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
