Ingredients
- 3 or 4 c. cooked squash
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
- 14 or 15 Town House crackers
- 1/2 stick butter
Method
- Beat eggs in baking dish.
- Add milk and chicken soup.
- Mix well.
- Add cheese and cracker crumbs, then stir in cooked squash (drained).
- Add butter.
- Top with cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
