- 58 grams Dark chocolate

Method
- Lightly grease the pan and line with parchment paper.
- Combine and sift the .

- Combine egg yolks and half the granulated sugar in a bowl.
- Mix with a whisk until white and thick.
- Melt butter and chopped up chocolate in a double broiler.
- Also add the mixture from step 2, then add milk and mix thoroughly.

- Add the rest of the granulated sugar in about 3 batches and whip until it forms stiff peaks.
