Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 c. cold water
- 2 qt. lime sherbet
- 3 c. ginger ale, chilled
Method
- In freezer container, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the cold water and sherbet until combined.
- Freeze for 4 hours or until set.
- Remove from freezer 45 minutes before serving.
- For each serving, place 1 cup of slush mixture in a glass; add 1/3 cup ginger ale.
- Yields 8 servings.
