Ingredients
- 1 can peas, drained well
- 1 can French Style beans, drained well
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 1 large cucumber, sliced thin
- 1 c. celery, sliced thin
- 5/8 c. Crisco oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
- 5/8 c. sugar
Method
- For best results, marinate salad for several hours before using, overnight, if possible.
