Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 sticks butter, creamed together with 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 tsp. water, if too dry
Method
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Gradually add rest of ingredients.
- Roll into very small balls (thumb nail size) and place on cookie sheet.
- Leave space between.
- When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Yields 5 dozen.
- Do not refrigerate.
- Oven temperature: 325°.
