Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- rind of 1 lemon
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Cream together butter, sugar and salt and add next 3 ingredients gradually.
- Add egg yolks with milk.
- Fold in egg whites.
- Bake for 45 minutes in 350° oven in pan with a little water in the bottom.
- Gets like cake with lemon pudding on top.
