Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (I didn't use it) (optional)

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil over med-high heat.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for a minute or so, stirring often.
  • Let cool and store in frig in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
