Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sugar (I didn't use it) (optional)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil over med-high heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for a minute or so, stirring often.
- Let cool and store in frig in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
