Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, then squeezed as dry as possible by hand (do not cook)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. dried onion flakes
- 1/2 c. parsley (fresh, if possible)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning or any seasoned salt
- 2 dashes of Louisiana hot sauce
Method
- Mix thoroughly.
- Serve with crackers or chips.
- Also good as a dip for raw vegetables.
- Keeps nicely for several days, covered in the refrigerator.
- Serves 4.
