Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, then squeezed as dry as possible by hand (do not cook)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 c. parsley (fresh, if possible)
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning or any seasoned salt
  • 2 dashes of Louisiana hot sauce

Method

  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Serve with crackers or chips.
  • Also good as a dip for raw vegetables.
  • Keeps nicely for several days, covered in the refrigerator.
  • Serves 4.
