Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
- 3 chopped green onions
Method
- Thaw spinach and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
- Stir soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise until well blended.
- Stir in thawed spinach, chopped water chestnuts and green onions.
- Cover; chill for at least 2 hours.
- Stir before serving with chips, vegetable sticks or spears.
- Makes four cups.
