Ingredients
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled
- 1 tsp. fresh minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. hot sauce
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a medium skillet and simmer for 5 minutes; stir often. Add hot sauce and simmer for 3 minutes more. Serve over rice or pasta.
