Ingredients
- 2 cups Canned Chickpeas, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 can (19 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 2 whole Medium Potatoes, Peeled, Diced And Parboiled
- 3 cups Baby Spinach
- 5 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 5 whole Cloves
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Coconut Milk
Method
- Mix together all of the above ingredients in a medium size pot, bring to boil over medium heat, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
- Serve over steamed jasmine rice.
- So yummy!
