Ingredients
- 2 cans spinach
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 8 slices American processed cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- cooking spray
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and drained on paper towel
Method
- Spray casserole dish with cooking spray; drain water off spinach.
- Add to casserole dish.
- Add soup; mix well.
- Slice eggs; layer on top.
- Add cheese layer on top of eggs.
- Crumble bacon and layer on top of eggs.
- Mix crumbs and margarine together; cook for about 30 minutes at 350°.
