Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. spinach, frozen
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. spinach juice
  • 1 (10 oz.) jalapeno cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire

Method

  • Cook spinach, drain and save juice.
  • In a small pan, combine margarine, onions, garlic salt, Worcestershire and flour.
  • Stir over medium heat until onions wilt.
  • Add milk and spinach juice. Grate cheese and add.
  • Stir until melted.
  • Put spinach in a casserole dish, pour sauce over and stir.
  • Sprinkle with croutons and bake at 350° until bubbles.
