Ingredients
- 2 pkg. spinach, frozen
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. spinach juice
- 1 (10 oz.) jalapeno cheese
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Method
- Cook spinach, drain and save juice.
- In a small pan, combine margarine, onions, garlic salt, Worcestershire and flour.
- Stir over medium heat until onions wilt.
- Add milk and spinach juice. Grate cheese and add.
- Stir until melted.
- Put spinach in a casserole dish, pour sauce over and stir.
- Sprinkle with croutons and bake at 350° until bubbles.
