Ingredients
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. herb stuffing
Method
- Combine spinach (drained), soup, cheese and onion.
- Place in casserole dish.
- Mix butter and stuffing.
- Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
