Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. baking flour
- 1 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. shortening
- 2/3 c. whole or skim milk
- 1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (3 large)
- 3 eggs (or egg substitute)
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
