Ingredients
- 2 c. diced chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. onion
- 1 c. crumbled corn flakes
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Mix together chicken, soup, mayonnaise, celery, rice, lemon juice and onion.
- Place in a greased casserole; sprinkle with corn flakes and top with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
