Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Leave dressing crumbly, do not crush.
- Undercook spinach; drain well and cool.
- Combine with all other ingredients and mix well.
- Roll into walnut-size balls.
- Place on cookie sheet. Freeze.
- After solid, store in plastic bag in freezer.
