Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen spinach
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- Mix together and chill.
- Roll into balls on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Makes 60 balls.
- May also be used as a casserole.
- Spinach balls may be frozen.
