Ingredients
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can milk
Method
- Roll chicken in mixture of flour, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in skillet and brown chicken for 10 minutes on each side.
- Place browned chicken in 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Mix soup and milk in a bowl; pour over chicken.
- Cover with foil; bake at 350° for 1 hour.
