Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can pineapple juice
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 large can pineapple
- 1 pkg. mini marshmallows
- 1/2 pt. whipped topping
- 1 c. nuts
Method
- Beat eggs; add sugar, flour, pineapple juice and butter.
- Cook in double boiler until thick, then let cool.
- Add crushed pineapple, marshmallows, nuts and pint of cream to the first mixture and put in box overnight.
