Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained thoroughly
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Method
- Combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Chill 1/2 hour.
- Make small balls, 1-inch.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Don't get too brown!
- Serve hot or warm.
- Makes about 55 balls.
