Ingredients
- medium size salt pork with rind on back
- 5 large potatoes (10 small)
- 2 onions
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 to 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 3 c. milk
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Peel and cube potatoes, about 1-inch.
- Dice onions.
- Barely cover with water.
- Cover pot and boil 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add creamed corn and whole kernel corn.
- Add milk and butter.
- Simmer for 1/2 hour.
- Do not boil.
