Ingredients
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 5 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
Method
- Combine all ingredients and add chicken or pork chops, ribs or tenderloin.
- Marinate at least 1 hour.
- Baste while cooking.
