Ingredients

  • 1 (8 serving size) pkg. orange or any red flavor sugar-free gelatin
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 orange, sectioned and diced

Method

  • Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in large bowl. Stir in cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice and cinnamon. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened.
  • Stir in orange. Spoon into 5-cup mold.
  • Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.
  • Yield: 10 servings.
